STUDIO POLICIES All services are payable in advance or at the time of your session. All sales are final and non-refundable but transferable. If you are unable to use your package prior to expiration, please consider transferring remaining sessions to a friend who may benefit from our services. All packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. Akasha Body Basics is a no cell phone zone. Please silence your cell phone upon arrival or place on vibrate if you are expecting an emergency call. General Cancellation Policy: All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full for the session. No exceptions. If you are unable to provide notice within the appropriate time frame, please consider transferring your session to a friend. Semi-private cancellation policy: If your partner cancels with 24 hour notice, you will have to option to keep that appointment as a private session or cancel. If your partner late cancels, your partner will be charged and you pay only for your shared session as scheduled. All clients will be required to fill out a brief health history and consent form prior to participation in any session. It is advised that if you have any medical conditions, you are released by your physician to exercise. Due to the sensitivity of many of our clients, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or scented lotion to your appointment.
